Climbing 101 has been tailored to meet the needs of individuals looking to gain the knowledge of the basic skills and techniques needed to develop an efficient climbing style. This class begins with a thorough review of the safety practices and concerns of the indoor climbing arena. Basic footwork and hand positions will be explained, demonstrated, and critiqued by our qualified and experienced staff. Class size is limited to allow for a more personal experience.
