About the Team
The Xtreme Team is our most advanced climbing team. Members of this team are expected to compete at all climbing competitions and are held to a much higher standard. 80 percent of this team participates at Nationals each year. This team practices on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. In addition to these practice times, climbers are expected to climb at Stone Moves on the weekends to work on climbing projects.
Practice and Event Calendar
Team Dues
Xtreme Team members pay $160.00 for monthly climbing team dues. They are required to obtain a gym membership at a monthly rate of $41.25. The total monthly bill is $204.65 after tax. The dues and membership will be automatically charged to your credit card on the 1st of each month. The climbing team dues include all coaching during the month and all coaching at local and regional climbing competitions. Xtreme Team members will each receive a Team Stone Moves t-shirt.
Additional Costs
Each Xtreme Team member must become a member of the USA Climbing organization. In addition to the team and membership dues, climbing team members will be responsible for their on competition fees and travel expenses. All local competitions are held in Texas (Houston, Austin, and Dallas areas) with the exception of one local competition that is held in Louisiana. If a climber earns an invitation to a divisional, national, or international competition, an additional coaching fee will be assessed based on the number of Stone Moves climbers attending that particular competition.

In addition, team members and their families with memberships receive a 20% discount on Stone Moves retail climbing gear.
